    How many connections can I choose?

    Between 1 and 5. One connection is one screen playing at a time, so two connections means two people can watch different channels at once on the same subscription. You can install the player on as many devices as you like and use them in turn.

    How long can a CatchON TV subscription run?

    1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 12 Months. Prices run from $15 to $270 depending on the term and the number of connections, and every combination is shown on the pricing page rather than hidden behind an enquiry form.

    How do renewals work?

    Nothing renews automatically. When your term ends the line simply stops, and you renew by sending the order form again with "Renew My Line" selected and the username of your existing line, which keeps your setup and your player configuration exactly as they are.

    Can adult categories be left off the line?

    Yes, and they are off unless you ask for them. Both the order form and the trial form ask the question directly, and "No" is the default, so adult categories never appear in the playlist on a household line unless somebody deliberately chooses otherwise.

    How do I pay for a CatchON TV subscription?

    Nothing is charged on this website. You send the order form, we reply by email with the available payment options, and the line is set up once payment clears. No card details are ever entered on these pages.
